Frameless glass that lets a staircase float in light.

DURATION
6 months
Frameless glass balustrades and void screens for a villa's central stair — structural glass that keeps the light moving through three floors without a visible frame.
A solid balustrade would have blocked the light the whole stair was designed around; the glass had to be safe and structural while almost disappearing.
We measured on site, fabricated structural toughened-laminated glass to tolerance, and used minimal stainless fixings chosen for long warranties. Edges were polished where the glass meets stone.
THE RESULT
A staircase that reads as light and stone with the glass almost invisible — safe, structural, and quietly luxurious. Installed in six months.
