OUR APPROACH
We work with the leading brands and choose units sized for the actual heat gain of each room — not over-spec'd, not under-spec'd. The result is quieter running, lower bills, and longer equipment life.
Duct routing is coordinated with the ceiling design so registers land where they belong visually, not where the easiest run happened to go. Condensate, refrigerant, and power runs are similarly disciplined.
We commission every unit, balance every register, and validate temperature drop at the diffusers. You get a clean handover binder with serial numbers, warranty docs, and a recommended service schedule.
We also retrofit older systems — replacing failing units, rebalancing dampers, and rebricking duct insulation — to extend the life of buildings we didn't originally commission.
