A full executive floor delivered as a single coordinated scope — from the custom-designed desks to the acoustic glass partitions and a daylight-aware lighting scheme that adapts through the working day.
THE CHALLENGE
An open, transparent floor that still protects confidential conversations — glass everywhere, without turning meetings into a fishbowl or an acoustic problem.
OUR APPROACH
Double-glazed, acoustic-rated partitions give visual openness with genuine speech privacy. Lighting layers ambient, task, and accent on scene control, and the electrical, HVAC, and AV infrastructure was laid in parallel so the floor could be commissioned in phases.
THE RESULT
A floor that looks effortless and works hard. Completed in 7 months, including the full furniture and FFE package.
