OVERVIEW
A 220 m² neighbourhood café designed end to end. Travertine counters, warm oak, and indirect lighting create a soft, almost-residential feel that regulars settle into for hours.
THE CHALLENGE
A hospitality space that feels like a living room but performs like a commercial kitchen — inside a tight footprint and against an even tighter opening date.
OUR APPROACH
We designed front and back of house as one system. A compact, efficient kitchen line feeds a relaxed seating layout, while travertine, oak, and layered warm light keep the customer-facing space calm. Electrical, HVAC, and the entire FFE package were delivered under one coordinated scope.
THE RESULT
A café that opened on schedule and reads as a destination, not a transaction — one team, one scope, from the counter to the kitchen.
