OVERVIEW
A compact downtown loft reimagined as a single, adaptable volume. Concrete, oak, and warm-metal accents give the 180 m² space an honest, urban character that still feels warm to live in.
THE CHALLENGE
The original layout had chopped a beautiful double-height shell into small, dark rooms. The owners wanted openness and light, but still needed a private bedroom and real storage.
OUR APPROACH
We removed the partitions and let storage do the dividing. A wall of bespoke oak joinery hides everything from the wardrobe to the kitchen, while a sliding glass partition lets the bedroom borrow light from the living space — or close off when it needs to.
THE RESULT
A loft that reads as one generous room yet flexes for privacy on demand. Concrete and oak keep it grounded; the warm-metal details keep it refined.
