OVERVIEW
A full casegoods and joinery program for a boutique hotel — headboards, wardrobes, desks, and minibars — engineered once as a prototype suite, then manufactured at scale for forty rooms.
THE CHALLENGE
Forty suites needed identical quality and a five-star feel, on a hospitality budget and a fixed opening date that left no room for rework.
OUR APPROACH
We built a full prototype suite first and value-engineered every joint and finish before a single unit went into production. Modular casegoods shipped flat and assembled on site to keep the install fast and damage-free.
THE RESULT
Forty consistent, durable suites delivered on schedule. The prototype-first approach turned a risky volume order into a predictable one.
