Complete electrical design and a KNX smart-home backbone for an 850 m² villa — lighting scenes, climate, shading, and security, all on one controller and all commissioned room by room.
THE CHALLENGE
The owners wanted full smart-home control without a wall of switches or a system only an integrator could operate.
OUR APPROACH
We ran a clean load study and a single-line diagram first, then laid KNX in parallel with conventional circuits so the house could be commissioned in phases. Scenes were tuned on site with the family until a single tap did the right thing in every room.
THE RESULT
A villa where lighting, climate, and shading respond to a tap or a schedule — and a labelled, documented panel any electrician can service. Delivered in eleven months.
