A paint and wallpaper program for a penthouse — flawless neutral envelopes throughout, with a few deep, confident feature walls that give each room a point of view.
THE CHALLENGE
The owners wanted character without a repaint every time their taste shifted, and a finish that would read as flawless under the apartment's strong natural light.
OUR APPROACH
We did the unglamorous part properly — prep, primer, and the right paint system per surface — so the broad neutral walls read perfectly flat. Then we used deep accent tones and a single textured wallpaper sparingly, where they'd do the most work.
THE RESULT
Calm, flawless rooms with a few walls that carry real character. A touch-up kit with exact codes keeps it that way. Delivered in three months.
