A ducted central cooling system for a 720 m² villa — sized room by room, zoned for the way the family actually uses the house, and balanced so every space holds its set point quietly.
THE CHALLENGE
Riyadh summers are punishing, and the villa's double-height spaces are hard to cool evenly without noisy, oversized equipment.
OUR APPROACH
We ran a room-by-room load calculation rather than a rule of thumb, routed ducts in coordination with the ceiling design, and zoned the system so unused wings aren't cooled for nobody. Every diffuser was balanced and temperature-checked at handover.
THE RESULT
Even, quiet comfort across the whole villa, with lower running costs from honest sizing and zoning. Commissioned in seven months.
