A VRF climate system for a 540 m² office floor — independent zones for meeting rooms, open-plan desks, and server spaces, all on a controller the facilities team can actually manage.
THE CHALLENGE
An open floor with glass meeting rooms creates a dozen micro-climates. One thermostat would leave half the floor too cold and the other half too warm.
OUR APPROACH
VRF lets each zone run independently, so a packed meeting room and an empty corner no longer fight over one set point. We coordinated the duct runs with the ceiling and the glass partitions, and handed over simple zone controls.
THE RESULT
A floor where every zone holds its own comfort and the energy follows occupancy. Delivered in six months.
